I'm sorry people for neglecting this blog for so long.
Its going dead soon yeahs?
Well, i supposed everyone had enjoyed your trip to thailand yeahs?
In Keseatsart University, We did and learnt many basic.
And most of it Mr Lim had told and taught us before - Breathing exercise.
And in the high school, we've seen for ourselves that there're many good bands out there.
Just alone their warm-ups and scales, they would take very good care of their intonation, note value, sound and everything which we often neglect.
The End of the Passing Out Parade ceremony yesterday marks the end of your graduating sec 4s of their band life in these 4/5 years. We feel the utmost upset but yet glad to see that they've officially became an alumni of FTP concert band and reaching for your higher course of studies and new lease of their life.
Yet, the door to the FTP band room would always be open for you guys.
Although there's often some disputes between us, yet we could not deny that we all share the utmost band sprit in us. From what i remember last year, when many could see that people broke into cliques, to now, from what many of us know, during the last stay in thailand, how nice it was to be once for all be reunited. Therefore, many would say, times in Keseatsart. University and the last day, were the most memorable ones. It is true that, sometimes when opinions clashes, and both parties are unwilling to hear each other out, arguements are bound to be there. Yet, after all these months of learning, our band is starting to grow up in terms of mentality, people now do share each other opinions. The graduating seniors would now officially step down to concentrate on their O'lvls. So, i believe, after the thailand trip and many other things, we're now motivated to put in more effort for everything. And, if we want another oversea trip, we've got to earn it for ourselves now. We've got to stand on our own feets, not waiting for our seniors to mouth-feed us anymore.
Secondary Fours Graduating seniors, thank you for what you've all done and given to our band. We extend our gratitude and apology for those times of unhappiness and trouble we've given you.
